Working Days: 5 days a week (Sunday-Thursday)

Position overview

We are looking for an IT Engineer who is passionate about technology and enjoys working with clients. This role combines IT knowledge with sales and customer relationship management. You will be the key link between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, technical integration, and ongoing account support.

As the Sales Account Coordinator, you will act as the main link between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient issue resolution, and excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing client accounts (companies & individuals) using our BulkSMSIraq platform.
• Create and set up new accounts and share account details with clients.
• Manage payments, record invoices, and handle account renewals.
• Contact customers for issue resolution and log issues in our ticket system.
• Coordinate with the technical team to follow up on customer issues.
• Onboard new clients to the WhatsApp Cloud API service.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, chats, and especially WhatsApp.
• Follow up with tickets daily to ensure timely resolution.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager.
• Represents Standing Company and BulkSMSIraq in the special events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, IT, or a related field;
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or account management;
• Backend Development: Knowledge of PHP (especially Laravel framework), Java, and other Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages;
• Frontend Development: Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and basic UI/UX principles;
• Data Formats: Familiarity with JSON and XML for data exchange;
• APIs: Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate or troubleshoot them;
• General Technical Skills: Ability to work with CRM or ticketing systems, and basic troubleshooting for client integration issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills;
• Have technical knowledge of messaging platforms, PostMan.

Languages:

Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is required;
